Graphic Lives
About the Book Series
This series of graphic novels aims to demystify counselling and psychotherapy so that it is more appealing to young people, to destigmatise emotional and mental health problems so that young people are better able to accept help, and to encourage them to embark upon their own healing journeys. Each book deals with a different issue (eating disorders, self-harm and anxiety), and the support guide provides professional guidance and resources linked to the issues in the story.
