Sales / VAT tax is automatically calculated and added to your order.

If you have a valid tax exemption certificate, please place your order directly through our Customer Service team (not through the website) using the contact information provided below. Our dedicated team will ensure your tax-exempt status is properly applied.

For US customers with valid US tax exemption certificate

You can either place your order directly through our Customer Service team using the contact information provided below OR have your Routledge account made tax exempt by following these instructions:

1. Create an account using your desired email address (guest accounts cannot be used)
2. Set up your billing account in Routledge by clicking "add address" under address book - the billing address state must be covered by the tax exemption certificate
3. Ensure the name and address matches what appears on your credit card statement
4. Include the company name shown on the tax exemption certificate
5. Contact our customer service team using the details below, providing:
   • The email address used to set up your account
   • Your account details including the billing address created
   • A copy of your tax exemption certificate
6. Once you have had your account made tax exempt if you notice tax being applied to your order please contact our customer service team prior to placing your order
