If eligible, you will receive a full refund using the original payment method, including any shipping costs. For discounted orders, the refund will include the discounted amount. For physical products, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Physical products must be returned immediately in the same condition at your own cost and risk. We will not process a refund until we have received the physical product.
You must take reasonable care of the products while in your possession. Failure to do so may result in a claim for compensation.
