Q&As for ECTs
About the Book Series
This series provides a collection of dip-in-and-out guides that offer support for Early Career Teachers (ECTs) by answering a diverse range of questions on a particular topic. The guides cover key areas, from wellbeing to working with parents, and are divided thematically with each section including questions to both broaden the reader’s knowledge and understanding of the area (‘Why…?’) and to provide practical advice (‘How do I…?’ ‘What do I do when…?’). Each book in the series is carefully curated by an editor, who provides an overarching narrative, a connection between ‘voices’, and structure to the questions posed. The editor is joined by a specialist panel of up to 10 contributors with varied experiences, who offer diverse perspectives and create a holistic community of understanding.
