Routledge Environmental History

About the Book Series

The new Routledge Environmental History series presents current interdisciplinary research investigating our changing ecological entanglements over time. It draws on diverse time periods, geographical regions, methods and ideas from subject areas such as history, geography, archaeology, and the natural sciences. It taps into how topical debates such as the roles of non-humans and more-than-humans, social and environmental justice, climate change, and antiracism are shaping environmental histories and shifting approaches to engaging with the natural world.

Comprising edited collections, co-authored volumes and single author monographs, this collection provides an invaluable resource for advanced undergraduate and postgraduate students and scholars with an interest in the wide-ranging field of environmental history.
