About the Book Series
A series of six books for education advisers, produced in collaboration with the AoEA and fully aligned with the criteria of their accreditation and development programme. The books in the series support the Assoication's course but also stand alone as invaluable resources to engage, motivate and inspire those within the education community with responsibility for ensuring that children, schools and their communities have access to high-quality support, advice, and challenge that is independent and focused on improving outcomes . The series covers all aspects of the education adviser role, including supporting school improvement, governance, change management, organisational development, and quality systems. It provides the most up-to-date thinking with examples of good practice from across the UK and internationally provided by selected contributors from over 500 AoEA accreditees and partners plus well-known educational experts.
