Women in Industry 4.0: Shaping World Foundations in Engineering, Business, and Sustainability

About the Book Series

According to a World Economic Forum report, only 22% of AI professionals globally are female. This series will bring stories straight from the heart of these innovative women who have established themselves, to inspire millions and create a wave of impact. This will be a series of books and authors that will focus on sustainability through technology and entrepreneurship in Industry 4.0. The series will act as a global platform for bringing together organizations and women sharing their life cases, research, and grounded theory which will be an interesting read for engineers, businesses, government, researchers, and students working on startups and contributing to gender diversity.

Each book in the series is dedicated to illuminating women’s research and achievements in key, targeted areas of the contemporary tech world and raising awareness of the pivotal work women are undertaking in areas of importance to our global community toward sustainable development. It will be a step in bringing forth the reality of what overshadows women in workplaces and the strategic attempts of organizations to pave the path for women's representation in companies and fields of engineering.

Books that focus on women in engineering and technology exploring and describing how women have greatly contributed to the world at large through these fields and their many subsections is a focal point of this series.
